GECKOS IN PARADISE PINEAPPLE GECKO Painted by Jeff Langcaon I painted a five-foot long fiberglass gecko as a "Pineapple Gecko"  for a fundraiser for the Kapiolani Health Foundation.  You can visit the Pineapple Gecko at his permanent home  at the Maui Memorial Hospital, where I understand he gets climbed on frequently by small children.
